  4.   IMPORTANT: Before you select a choice off
  5. the menu displayed beneath this help message,
  6. be sure that if you don't have a printer hooked
  7. up, you don't have your Printer Destination set
  8. to "Printer."  If you try to send output to a
  9. printer without having one hooked up, you may
  10. get dropped out of the Restaurant Database
  11. program and back to your C:> prompt.  If you
  12. end up at the C:> prompt, you have to type RDB
  13. to reload the Database.

  18.   And now, back to the help message........
  19.     
  20.   You are being asked to choose the set of  
  21. restaurants whose information you would like
  22. to print.  You can either print information
  23. for ALL of the restaurants that are currently
  24. TAGGED, whether or not they appear on your
  25. one-line listing at this time, OR you can   
  26. print the information for all restaurants
  27. that are currently ON YOUR ONE-LINE LISTING,
  28. whether or not they are tagged.
  29.  
  30.   If you are interested in getting information
  31. for particular restaurants, you should already
  32. have them tagged individually.  In this case, 
  33. you would want to choose to print "All tagged
  34. restaurants."
  35.  
  36.   If you haven't yet gone through the process of
  37. tagging restaurants you are interested in, you
  38. can either go back and do so on your one-line
  39. listing, OR take the easy way out here and
  40. choose to print the information for all of the
  41. "Currently displayed restaurants."
  42.  
  43.   For example, if you conducted a search for
  44. Italian restaurants in Cambridge, and tagged
  45. particular restaurants you were interested in,
  46. and then continued the search to weed out the
  47. restaurants that were over $17 per entree,
  48. you would end up with a list of restaurants  
  49. on your short display that were Italian, in
  50. Cambridge, and under $17 per entree.  Some
  51. of the restaurants on this list might already     
  52. be tagged from your previous round of tagging.
  53.  
  54.   When printing, you would have the choice of
  55. printing ALL tagged restaurants, i.e. ALL
  56. Italian restaurants in Cambridge that you had
  57. tagged, whether or not they were under $17, 
  58. and therefore, on your current one-line list,
  59. or ALL RESTAURANTS ON YOUR CURRENT ONE-LINE
  60. LISTING, regardless of whether or not they
  61. were tagged.  The latter choice would print
  62. the information you requested for ALL of the
  63. restaurants that were Italian, in Cambridge,
  64. AND under $17.

  66.   Use the arrow keys to move the light bar to
  67. either "All tagged restaurants" or "Currently 
  68. displayed restaurants" and hit your Enter key
  69. to select the highlighted choice.
